Yummy House - Kenner: Experience Authentic Asian Delights

Wow I didn’t expect this. Most place was closed on holiday so we gave it a try after reading some positive reviews. Many other customers were having traditional dimsum. Shrimp dumplings were good and wonton soup was heavenly! We order lunch special package that came with fried rice and egg roll. Fluffiest fried rice made to order. Chicken with broccoli and shrimp w veggies were tasty . Will definitely come back when I’m in town.

Orange was alright but not as good as sweet and sour chicken last visit. Beef and broccoli was really good. Love the egg fried rice. Egg rolls are excellent. Crab Rangoon is stuffed full of yumminess. Can't miss with the egg drop soup either.

There aren't many places that offer dim sum in Louisiana, so to be candid my standards were not exactly expecting something spectacular. That's it, this is possibly some of the best dim sum I've ever had. It was incredibly fast, reasonably priced, and most importantly a perfectly balanced. If you are looking for some delicious dim sum, I would especially recommend here. My family drove an hour and a half to get here and we were absolutely delighted and we honestly do intend to come back again.

Now THIS is a great dim sum place! Although there aren’t any carts being pushed out like at Panda King in Gretna, all of the food was still fresh and tasty. Service was quick with our orders. The inside was clean and had enough seating, in contrast to Dian Xin in New Orleans. My mom and I tried about 8 of their dim sum options. All of them were really good, but I'd personally recommend their Crispy Taro Dumpling with Pork & Shrimp ($5.99), Shrimp Dumplings with Scallops ($8.95), and Salted Egg Buns ($6.99). For the quality of the dishes, I'd say it's worth trying. With pun intended, Yummy House in Kenner is YUMMY! *I do want to note that their dim sum pricing is located on their dim sum sheet instead of the menu, as they base it on sizing. That can be a bit confusing, so I do want to let you guys know that.

This is some of the best Asian food I've ever had. The flavor is so rich and bold but not over seasoned. I drive 2 hours to eat here and it's worth every minute. I love their pan fried noodle dishes but the clay pot dinners are out of this world delicious.

This order was placed through Uber eats. I do know that the entre I ordered is way better fresh, but it sounded really good at the moment 1. General Tso's Chicken w/ fried rice and 1 egg roll 2. 1 order of egg rolls (2) 3. Lemonade -The egg rolls were pretty good warm a nd crunchy -The fried rice was decent but lacking on egg -the lemonade was pretty perfect ( not too sweet and a little tart) -the Gen Tso's Chicken had a decent flavor but not really spicy Overall, I enjoyed it for the most part. I wish I could have visited the restaurant, but wasn't able to. Hopefully next time I'll stop in

After 25 states and 5000 miles done; this is the best restaurant Chinese cuisine tasted. The lobster with ginger and onion is to my liking.
